Service Description and Duration
ind-media will provide the services listed on our website to the client. The duration of our services is typically three months, during which we will work with the client to develop and implement a social media strategy, create content, and perform social media marketing, reporting, and analytics. If the client decides to terminate the services before the end of the three-month period, no refund will be given.

Refund Policy
If after three months of services, no results are seen, IND-MEDIA will provide a 100% refund of one month of service fees. However, if the client decides to terminate the services before the end of the three-month period, no refund will be given.

Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide IND-MEDIA with all necessary information, materials, and access to social media accounts and platforms. The client also agrees to promptly respond to IND-MEDIA’s requests for information and feedback. The client is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to social media marketing.

Confidentiality
IND-MEDIA will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by IND-MEDIA during the course of our services will remain the property of IND-MEDIA. The client may use the intellectual property for their own social media accounts and platforms, but may not distribute, sell, or reproduce the intellectual property without the written consent of IND-MEDIA.

Limitation of Liability
IND-MEDIA will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in INDIA.
